Donate A Horse

Donate an equine partner and change lives

Do you have an equine partner that is looking for their next job? H.E.L.P. is currently seeking younger, more experienced horses for donation. H.E.L.P. Herd criteria:

1. Calm, patient, and friendly temperament with excellent ground manners

2. Sound in all three gaits (walk, trot, canter or walk, jog, lope)

3. Symmetrical conformation with no injuries or vices

4. Ideally between the age of 8-17 years old

5. training in a Western or English discipline preferred

6. Show ring experience is preferred

If you feel your horse might be ready for a rewarding career as part of the H.E.L.P. herd, we invite you to review the Equine Donation Form and contact the Director with any questions.

If you have horse or farm equipment you'd like to donate, please email us. We are always looking for equipment to help keep the herd happy and keep the facilities, arena, trails, and pastures tidy and safe.

Horse Sponsorship includes covering the costs for veterinary, feed, hay, hoof treatments, and supplements for each of our special horses. Sponsor a horse today, and you can select from Moon, Mistee, Bubbles, or the donkeys (a two-for-one deal) to support!

This is our largest cost, and your support of our special horses impacts all of their rider's lives for years to come. We will recognize you on our website, social media, and more throughout the year, including pictures and updates.
